Please help Sydney Harmony make our part of the world a beautiful place through singing…
“In a world that has so much turbulence and so much trouble right now, if everyone just sang, the world would be a beautiful place, right?”*
*Matt Gifford
Bass member of the Barbershop Harmony Society’s 2014 World Champion Barbershop Quartet, “The Musical Island Boys” from Wellington, New Zealand.

Sydney Harmony is a men’s a cappella entertainment ensemble that loves to share the gift of beautiful vocal music and bring joy to singers and audiences alike.

Sydney Harmony is a non-profit ensemble and needs your help to finance its operation, its growth and its purchase of new capital equipment. All of the chorus singers are amateur performers from various walks of life and receive no personal income from performances or recordings. The vitality and success of the chorus’ artistic endeavours depend on the generosity of patrons.

At the beginning of 2015, the Australian Ministry for the Arts listed Sydney Harmony as a Registered Cultural Organisation. This gives Sydney Harmony a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Now, any monetary gift of $2.00 or more to Sydney Harmony is tax-deductible.

This year, we have established a special fund for a substantial capital investment of up to $30,000 for new choral risers. Our risers are fast approaching their use-by-date and we need your financial help to replace them.

Sydney Harmony earns most of its income through membership fees and live performances but relies on the generosity of friends and supporters to fulfil its vision of making this part of the world a more beautiful place.
